Teen Coping Skills Group

Getting help for your teen can be difficult.  There can be trial and error, finding the right group, finding the right therapist, and then the factors of whether or not your teen likes the group.  Our Teen Coping Skills Group is a great option for teens struggling with anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation.  We accept any teens, and work on developing skills (from DBT) to help your client navigate the difficult stages of identity formation, and becoming themselves.

How Can Our Teen Coping Skills Help?

Our teen coping skills group can help your child learn how to distinguish between the logical/rational mind, the emotional mind, and how to navigate decision making while balancing both experiences.  Our group can help teens to manage their anxiety, and navigate feelings of loneliness.

Teens who have been through our groups have excellent outcomes that are often unexpected: better grades, getting employment, changing their friend groups, engaging more with family, and having the ability to communicate their thoughts, feelings, needs, and wants in a way that doesn’t cause chaos in the house.
