What is your fee?
Sessions are billed at 185-250/session. Group fees are 55/per group. See below to see what insurances we accept.

How long does therapy take?
For each client therapy times vary. Generally speaking, therapy is most effective with at least 6 months of sessions; however, sometimes you may see a benefit after 1 session, or no benefit until 1 year. Therapy is highly individualized.
What should I expect on my first visit?
On your first visit, we generally ask a lot of questions to get to know you, we review informed consent, important policies, and talk about your expectations and goals for therapy. Therapy is a process, and it starts with building a strong and solid relationship.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, some of our clinicians accept all Cigna, Aetna, LA Care, Optum, United Healthcare, Lyra, HMC Healthworks, and Kaiser. We are also in with Anthem BC. For any other POS or PPO plans, we accept payment in full from the client, and the client can submit for reimbursement.

What is our cancellation policy?
For ANY cancelation or no show, she charge a $50 dollar fee. We do this because your time is reserved and can not be rebooked. It honors our therapists and the time they have set aside for your session. We understand that people get sick and have emergencies- as we therapists also get sick and have emergencies. Please, know that your therapist will cancel if they are ill to prevent you from getting ill too. We can always do a video session instead of your regularly scheduled in office session if you are sick. If you cancel, we will still charge the $50 fee even if it was an emergency, or due to being ill, or for any reason.
